Kate Moss celebrated birthday number 34 in London with her latest rocker boyfriend, The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince at the Dorchester Hotel. The birthday girl was clad in a luxurious white fur coat, while Jamie stayed warm more casually in a striped sweater and scarf. The afternoon party was a refined 1920s-themed tea party with guests including Kelly Osbourne, Sadie Frost and Kate's BFF, Davinia Taylor. Of course, this was just the beginning of the birthday festivities for Kate, who plans to celebrate all week long!  

When Jeremy Piven heard there was "sex" going on in his neighborhood, the actor had to go check it out for himself! Jeremy, who was all smiles - as he should be after winning a Golden Globe Award for his role as agent Ari Gold on "Entourage" - visited the Malibu set of (former HBO series) "Sex and the City," which was shooting right down the street from Jeremy's house. Was he hoping to make a cameo, or checking on the possibility of a big screen treatment of his hit HBO show?

Well, Nicole Kidman must be taking a page out of "Jessica Alba's Dealing with the Media While You're Pregnant Guide," covering her face to shield herself from photographers as she exits a Sydney restaurant - sans hubby Keith Urban. I wouldn't expect to see her face again until after her baby's July due date. She can't possibly be bloated - you can hardly even see her bump! Maybe you can't have Botox while you're pregnant - now that would explain the sudden camera shyness!

George Clooney and lovely girlfriend Sarah Larson - in a gorgeous royal blue dress - were hard to miss as they departed from New York's Carlyle Hotel, also the temporary home of the Cruise family, last night. George took a moment to sign an autograph for a fan before he and his lady love headed to NYC eatery Cirpiani for the National Board of Review Awards, where George won best actor honors for his role in "Michael Clayton." George seems to have won the best prize with Miss Larson, however - she'd be a great Mrs. Clooney!

"Will and Grace" star Eric McCormack was spotted working out in his Toluca Lake neighborhood yesterday. The 44-year-old actor looks slim and trim in his sweats as he runs down a residential street. Eric will be returning to the small screen soon in the TNT series "Truth in Advertising." It was actually an NBC "Must See Thursday" alumni day in the neighborhood, as Wayne Knight, "Seinfeld's" nemesis Newman, was also getting a bit of exercise on a bike.

A parade of stars got some fresh air as they walked the red carpet at the LA premiere of the drama "The Air I Breathe" at the Arclight Theater. The film's stars Brendan Fraser, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Andy Garcia were joined by "Robot Chicken" creator/star Seth Green (sporting an awful mustache) and red carpet fixture - although she's really not known for anything - Phoebe Price at the screening of the conceptual film, where the actors play the four emotional cornerstones of life - based on an ancient Chinese proverb. Brendan plays "Pleasure" - yes, he does - for me at least!
