Lauren Gets the Boot

Neither sleet, nor snow, nor rain can keep Lauren Conrad from shopping! The "Hills" gal made the most of a cloudy LA day and perused the selection of boots at Urban Outfitters on Melrose Avenue before heading off to Bleu on La Brea, where she managed to find a little number that was to her liking. Her new purchase was covered with a garment bag to protect it from the rain. And, clouds or no clouds, no starlet would be caught dead outside without super-sized shades!
