Phoebe's a Model Shopper

The new millennium incarnation of Rula Lenska, "international model" and famous for doing pretty much nothing "personality" Phoebe Price, struck a pose as she checked out the designer duds at Beverly Hills boutique Kaje yesterday. The woman's life is a photo op, isn't it? I wonder, however, if she can actually afford any of the clothes on that rack? I don't think residual checks from her lone appearance on one episode of "X-Files" are going to cut it!
