We don't know if Enrique Iglesias is truly an Insomniac, as the title of his latest album implies. However, he is apparently an early riser.
The Latin music superstar put on a spirited performance in Miami for The Today Show's concert series this morning, busting out such hits as "Be With You," "Don't You Forget About Me," "Push" and "Donde Estan Corazon" (which we think translates into, "What time is it, anyway?").
This wasn't the only media appearance for Iglesias in the last couple of days. The heartthrob created a splash last night during the Premio Lo Nuestro awards show, when he allowed TV reporter Mayi Salas to plant a kiss on his lips.
That quiet, muffled sound you hear is probably Ann Curry sobbing jealously.

Fashion Week's fine and all, but for those looking to keep it real, yo, nothing beats BET's Rip the Runway extravaganza. Intended to bring exposure to lesser-known designers, the hip-hop fashion event, now in its fourth year, brought a slew of music luminaries to New York's Hammerstein Ballroom last night. Nelly, Sean Combs, Cheri Dennis and Snoop Dogg were among the many attendees on hand to peep the latest lines from Sean John, Apple Bottoms and Billionaire Boys Club.
Speaking of style, Snoop, who also performed at the event, appeared to be dressed for comfort in a furry parka. Guess New York in February is a little chillier than Cali. Brrr-izzle!
BET will broadcast the event on March 4.

We've two days until the residents of Hollywoodland flock to AA. No, the original AA. The Academy Awards.
A very preggers Cate Blanchett got ready for the Oscars by doing some laundry on February 15th. The past winner and, now, doubly-nominated Cate might have a "been there, done that" attitude when it comes to Mr. O.
Nominee Marion Cotillard rehearsed her potential role as Oscar-winning-superstar by flexing her phalange at a Parisian airport on February 8th.
And Laura Linney checked out Betty Jackson's duds at London Fashion Week on the 12th. Think she found a red carpet-worthy gown?

Heroes cheerleader Hayden Panettiere traded in her pom-poms for something a little more stylish last night as she unveiled her new Candie's campaign at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood.
Following in the footsteps of Fergie, Hilary Duff and Destiny's Child, Hayden will be the spokesmodel for Candie's Spring 2008 line in a series of print ads that "are sweet yet sexy and embody a bit of fantasy," according to the company.
Sounds like they picked the right girl for the job.
Also on hand were Daydreamer's Caroline D'Amore, Flight 29 Down's Lauren Storm and The Hottie and the Nottie's Christine Lakin.
Bringing the family support were Hayden's mom Leslie and little bro Jansen. Which is nice and all but, uh, is that kid old enough to be at Hyde?

In Long Island, at 12:45 a.m., the Lopez/Anthony genes reentered the world as one--twice over--with the addition of a baby girl and a baby boy to their family. These are Jennifer's first children and Marc's third and fourth.
Congratulations to the happy couple!

Regardless, we were intrigued by the "angel-voiced" new mom's restaurant choice for a 22nd birthday meal with her family: The loneliest Chinese food restaurant in the world, hilariously named The Golden Well. We do not want to get caught in a rainstorm outside of that eatery, if ya know what we mean... and we think ya do.
We do like her bright blue shoes. We also like looking at this desolate restaurant and letting out a depressed little sigh. You can too, by clicking on any photo below. Riveting, we know.
