Today, smiley Miley Cyrus, her best friend Mandy Jiroux, and her beautiful mother Tish dropped by the see-and-be-seen Robertson Blvd eatery to be seen... and to celebrate!
Apparently, Mandy successfully found her lost dog. Iced teas and camera flashes for all!
Sadly, they did not roll up in Miley's Smart Car (we're assuming it's because the Smart Car doesn't have enough room for three-- not because the car is clearly some sort of publicity stunt... *cough*). Think she'll show up in the Smart Car at tomorrow's Kids' Choice Awards?
