After Heidi Montag's plastic surgery field day, her arch enemies Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge were quick to deny having gone under the knife.

That said, these photos of Audrina have us wondering if that's still the case.

The dark-haired Hills girl was spotted today in a neon green tiger-striped mini dress looking even more filled out than usual.
