Continuing with their pre-honeymoon jaunt to Rome, Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi strolled around the Italian city in perfect color coordination, where they dined at a restaurant, played in a fountain and got the finger from this guy.
Actually, can you even call that "the finger"? It looks more like he was trying to knock a tick of Portia's ear. Or maybe pinch her cheek.
Either way, I wouldn't eff with Ellen's lady, pal. She'll rip that 'fro right out of your head, just before she drop kicks you into the Trevi Fountain!
Meanwhile, the gals' cameraman/assistant dude just kept grinning at the paparazzi like, "I-yi-yi! Everytime you take these two out, some crazy's gotta start with Portia's ticks..."

Hi - The guy wasn't fingering them. This is a typical scam where a person tries to give you free string or play a game; it's a distraction while someone else pick pockets you, or they tie the string around your wrist and then demand money to take it off.
