New Nest for Sheryl Crow?

Yesterday, two real estate agents led Sheryl Crow house hunting all around Los Angeles.

As far as we know, the Crow household is just Sheryl and her young son Wyatt.

Why the new space?  Is it because "now is the time to buy?"  Or, is Sheryl planning on adopting again and expanding her family?
