Today, chart-topping singer Katy Perry and a pal enjoyed the clear L.A. weather by taking a shopping trip to The Grove.  Katy let her pale gams out to do a little vitamin D production.  Looks like the pair preferred to kiss ice cream cones rather than each other ( <--- obligatory).

Let's hope it's a steady zipper on that skirt...
