This person was also with them in Madrid, etc. The point is, if you have a very limited amount of time to spend in a city, and you want to do some fun stuff, then you need it "expedited." Capish?
Not bodyguards. They have a PA assigned from the movie, who is fluent in Italian. Which neither Jake nor Reese is. Also this is someone who can DRIVE in Rome. Have you ever tried to drive in Rome?
