Whitney Takes a Romantic Stroll

So, looks like they're on again.  (And apparently, it also seems to have slipped Whitney's mind to put on pants.)

The City cutie Whitney Port was seen taking a walk with her beau Jay Lyon today in the West Village.  Lyon broke up with the reality star on the season finale before heading out on his tour.

Oh, the dangers of dating a rock star.  (Right, Aniston?)
