Marcia Cross, Heavy Petting?

Yesteray, Marcia Cross and one of her daughters wore matching sun-safe hats to the Brentwood Country Mart, where they stopped to admire the critters in a petting zoo.

Will someone please explain the red dot on her daughter's forehead?

Will someone also please explain why The Container Store is so d**n alluring?  We spotted Marcia there once again later in the day.  By the looks of her cart's contents, lady has a lot to contain.
