Before the performance, Rihanna can be seen consulting with production personnel regarding her wardrobe. We can't imagine what she could be bringing up. Perhaps, the absence of pants.
The Barbadan singer went purposely pants-less for her hair-tossing performance. The remainder of her outfit (which is to say, the entirety of her outfit) would have made Minelli proud. It made us kinda proud, too.
