We would expect someone with the last name Brewster to select, we dunno, coffee for a rainy day treat.  But Jordana Brewster likes to keep us on our toes.

Yesterday, the actress dropped into Beverly Hills froyo shop Angelina for a frozen yogurt treat.  Nice to see someone who shares our love of chilled desserts, regardless of weather.

Actor Jonathan Togo of CSI: Miami has probably seen better days before today. 

He was arrested early this morning for domestic abuse against his girlfriend.  As if that wasn't crappy enough, his bail was set at $50,000, then he began his walk of shame in a rain storm with a black eye and ripped jeans (nice upper thigh action) and a flashy greeting from photographers.

And that is why you don't hit people.  We hope you've learned your lesson.

Yesterday, Kelly Osbourne, her fiance Luke Worall, her Dancing with the Stars partner Louis van Amstel, and her wide-brimmed hat met up for an outdoor lunch in Miami.

Afterward, Kelly and Luke strolled away whilst she tried to hide under her hide.

And afterward, they removed said hat and used it in a rousing game of Ultimate Frisbee.*

Mike Tyson attempted to tame his trouser snake/ adjust his junk/ keep the mouse in the house today while walking through a parking garage in Beverly Hills.

Now if only he knew how to tame his fists the world would be a much safer place.
