Shy Shia Lands, LaBeouf Gone Into Hiding?

At first, we thought, "What the h*ll!?"  Did it go into hibernation?  Does Shia's LaBeouf only make an appearance when "on" Wall Street and then it goes all Punxsutawney Phil in all other situations?

And then we saw it.  Right there.  Shia's driver, with a nice sturdy grip, had the LaBeouf firmly in the palm of his hand.
