Rain Can't Dampen Katy's Mood

Ah, l'amour.  It just makes even the rainiest days bright and cheerful, doesn't it?

Looks like Katy Perry has a lot to smile about with that humongo rock on her finger.  Even in this disgusting, rainy weather in LA she can't wipe that smile from her face.

So that is what love feels like.
