Taylor Momsen's Crinkle-Knees

Yeah.  We had to do a triple-take on Taylor Momsen to confirm she was not the product of a human/Shar Pei bestiality love affair.  Or that her mid-leg joints had prematurely gone the way of Demi Moore's.  Turns out the wrinkled-knee look was just the result of yet another bizarre stockings/near-pants-less combo.

Taylor and Gossip Girl co-stars Penn Badgley and Jessica Szohr all faced a fierce wind while filming today in New York City.
