Nicole Launches New Fashion

Nicole Richie is in Paris launching her new clothes line "Winter Kate" and her shoe line "House of Harlow 1960." 

She even dressed in a nightgown slip satin dress to the event held at the Galeries Lafayette store.  At least she can pull off wearing underwear in public!
