After her one-armed appearance on Letterman last night, Paris Hilton went back to work today.
Paris drew quite the crowd while shooting a commercial for the Israeli Lottery* at the Shoe Woo store on Lexington Avenue.
We particularly like the shot of Paris between something else's spread legs (like Travolta's recently being trapped out, it's a refreshing reversal).
