Katy Perry is in Paris promoting her latest (and third) album, Teenage Dream.

This morning, she left the Westin Hotel and headed on over to NRJ Studios.  Again, with the conjuring thoughts of poodles etc.  Check out the "My Little Pony" splashes of color in her mane.  *jealous*

Last night, Katy was spotted in a watercolor-esque frock leaving L'Avenue restaurant.

Bizarrely enough, this is the closest to "age-appropriate" Taylor Momsen has looked in quite some time!  Taylor spent a sunny Monday in New York shooting scenes for Gossip Girl.

Taylor's fictional parents, Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford, were also spotted all dolled up on set.  Think Kelly will change out of those slippers once the cameras get rolling?

In one final Emmy fashion shout out for 2010--

Kyra Sedgwick.  Spectacular.  That dress makes us want a glass of Merlot (meant as a compliment).

Kyra walked the red carpet at last night's awards with husband Kevin Bacon.  At one point, she stopped to give him a smooch on the cheek.  We bet we know what he tasted like...

Earlier today, we couldn't help but spot an eye-catchingly-clothed Billie Piper in London, filming scenes for her Showtime series Secret Diary of a Call Girl.

David Arquette donated a wad of cash today to the Missionary Church of the Disciples of Jesus Christ.

David was presented with the donation bucket as he headed to airport security before catching a flight out of LAX.

To honor the late great Michael Jackson, filmmaker Spike Lee organized the 2nd annual "Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson" concert.

The event, held yesterday in Prospect Park on Michael's 52nd birthday, featured artists Snoop Dogg and Warren G. and a really stellar t-shirt design.

There is something, uh, something about Snoop Dogg sporting a sparkly silver glove and Spike bouncing around with a sign reminding us that we're a vegetable...
