Hilary Duff sports the uber-casual look as she exits Papoos Hot Dog stand in Toluca Lake, California, after having breakfast with friends on Thursday.
Duff had uncharactaristically messy, unkempt hair and a wildly mismatched outfit.

Hilary's Hot Dog Breakfast.
Check it out! Our favorite British pop star Lily Allen A/K/A Pinky Brewster wears her famous 'Smile' all over Los Angeles.
The west coast seems to really be lifting Lily Allen's spirits, but not her fashion sense, unfortunately. We spotted the British singer wearing her woobie and fueling up for a day of recording and shopping on Thursday.
She continued to enjoy her stay in the States with a friend, driving around town in a red Mini Cooper convertible to grab a drink at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Thursday. Lily covered her ripped jean skirt and gray tank top in a seafoam green sweater. If not her outfit, something is always matching her hot pink hair. This time it was her lipstick.
The two then headed for the recording studio.
After that Pinky went to the Americana shopping plaza in Glendale. She was accompanied by friends and an entourage of security as she shopped. While there, she posed with fans who were thrilled to see her. She also went to the Glendale Galleria and browsed the Apple Store. Lily was also seen carrying a bag of items from Kiehl's.
Hey Lily, you know pumps would elongate your petite physique. So why are you sticking with the sneaks?

But her facial expression exudes utter and painful disgust.

We saw the model-slash-actress attend a meeting at the Channel 4 headquarters in London on Wednesday. Maybe they made fun of her baggy, cape-like sweater. She should have thrown it back in the dollar sweater bin at the Dress Barn where it belonged.
Apparently she was not too pleased after her stay at the television station and decided to unleash her quiet rage on unsuspecting photographers who were innocently standing by.

The tour of celebrity homes in Hollywood is vastly different than the tour we are about to give you...
Homes in London are apparently drab as hell and mostly made of brick. Who knew this peek into the lifestyles of the famous would be so surprisingly underwhelming.
Let us torture your unstimulated soul further...
Here are the home owners (in sequential order of houses pictured): Former Prime Minister Tony Blair (his windows have little red eyebrows. How cute!), Geri Halliwell (red brick, skinny chimney and nice light wood gate at the driveway), Jude Law (thick white trim around the windows and door, and ivy growing -- really chic for a dude), Paul McCartney (apparently he enjoys living behind giant view-obstructing trees), Madonna (yellow brick with a stately white stone bottom floor -- it looks like she owns the entire block!), George Michael (his place looks more like a palace than a cozy home), Sienna Miller (dark brown, cute, comfy, pointy), Kate Moss (white house), Gwyneth Paltrow (three stories) and last-but-not-least Amy Winehouse (what a fitting name for this segment!)

Drab Celeb London Homes.
We tagged along with Lily Allen all day on Wednesday after she was done with some work in a private recording studio in Los Angeles.
It looks like the girl knows how to kick back and have some fun:
Exhibit A: Lily, looking smug and satisfied, tops off her time at the recording studio with a cigarette. Hey, if people smoke after sex, why not take a puff after a belting out catchy pop hooks?
Exhibit B: Lily gets her kicks on Melrose Avenue. Sure, it's a far cry from Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive, but that's the Lily we know and love... to gawk at. She's earthy! So, naturally, she was drawn to the trendy-yet-trashy boutiques on Melrose, where we saw the known sneakers-lover buy two bag loads of
shoes. She again, lived up to our new nickname: Pinky Brewster (If you remember correctly, '80s 'Punky Brewster' wore multi-colored sneaks.)
Exhibit C: Pinky hits up the ATM and pops into Pampered Hands Nail Salon, also on
Melrose Ave. There she and a gal pal enjoyed pedicures. Lily jokingly
splashes water from the foot bath toward the photographers as they snapped through the glass. I wonder which manicurist gets to clean up her mess?

Splashy Day with Lily 'Pinky' Allen.
In all fairness, we give fashion props when they are deserved. So, for the record, Zooey Deschanel has made up for the floppy frock she assaulted our eyes with just a few short days ago.
We spotted her as she arrived for the Late Show with David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York.
This creme strapless number, I am dorkily compelled to say, is Happening. (And yes, I made up the word "dorkily.")
