Mickey Rourke and his model girlfriend Elena Kuletskaya were all loved up today while purchasing a Pomeranian puppy from Parrots & Pups Inc pet shop in the West Village.  And a reliable little birdie told us the reasoning behind all the PDA: Rourke popped the question* to her during his lunch at Nello's Restaurant.

And who is this reliable birdie?  None other than the owner of Nello's himself, Nello Balan.  The couple has set a date for early next year.

It must have been the regurgitated flowers and the Eau De Rourke that hooked her.  60% of the time it works every time.

Well, if Orlando is going to Cougartown with Aniston, he's doing a good job at juggling the ladies.

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom are enjoying a holiday in Morocco.  They dined at a local restaurant in Marrakesh together then took a romantic walk through the street vendor tents... under a heavy guard of security. 

Hmm... something about having security chaperone the date definitely tones down the romanitcalness* of the vacation, don't you agree?

Actress Amanda Seyfried celebrated at Bed, Bath and Beyond today and left with a hefty amount of shwag.  Before she left she handed over some extra change to another customer.
